Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Infused Cream:

    • In a bowl, mix the infused cream with milk, and granulated sugar.
    • Whisk in the eggs.
    • Add the flour and a pinch of salt, and mix until smooth.
  4. Pour the Batter Over the Apples:
    • Slowly pour the batter over the apples, letting it seep between the slices. Use a spatula to distribute the batter if necessary.
  5. Bake:
    • Bake in the preheated oven for 30-40 minutes or until the clafoutis is puffed and golden, and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  6. Serving:
    • Let the clafoutis cool slightly before serving. It can be enjoyed warm or at room temperature, ideally with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or a dollop of whipped cream.
